Privacy policyTerms and conditions

This notice explains how Paintball Network uses personal information when you visit paintballnetwork.co.uk, contact our team or arrange a paintball event. It covers this brand’s website and enquiries.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Paintball Network is the brand responsible for the enquiries made through this website. For privacy questions or requests about your information, contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238.

2. Information we collect

When you make an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number, address, postcode, preferred location, event date, group size, player ages and event notes. Our booking form asks for these details so the booking team can assess your request. Providing information is voluntary, but without contact details and the essential event information we may be unable to respond or arrange your booking.

If you go on to book, the booking team and selected venue may need further details to arrange your event. Please avoid putting payment card numbers, identity documents or detailed medical information in the general enquiry form. Discuss any accessibility or safety requirements directly with the team.

Our website and hosting services may also process technical information, including IP addresses, browser information, page requests and security logs. See the cookies section below for the website’s current settings.

3. How and why we use your information

  • Enquiries and bookings: to respond, check availability, provide a quote and arrange the event you request. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or carrying out a booking contract.
  • Customer service and security: to deal with questions, prevent spam or misuse and protect the website. These activities rely on our legitimate interests in running a reliable service, balanced against your rights.
  • Legal obligations: to maintain records and respond to lawful requirements where applicable.
  • Optional marketing: where you choose to receive it, we use your consent. Making an enquiry does not, by itself, sign you up for marketing. You can withdraw consent or ask us to stop at any time.

Optional analytics and advertising tracking are currently disabled. Making an enquiry does not authorise tracking or marketing.

4. Who receives your information

Enquiry details are sent to Paintball Booking Office, whose team handles Paintball Network enquiries on our behalf. Information needed to arrange your event may be shared with the selected paintball venue and relevant booking, hosting, email or payment service providers. Payment providers handle payment information through their own systems.

The involvement of a booking service or venue does not make this notice apply to all affiliated brands. Each business receiving information is responsible for its own obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to protect lawful rights.

Sharing information to organise your requested event is separate from sharing it for marketing. Any proposed partner marketing requires the appropriate permission.

5. International processing

Our hosting, booking and email services may involve processing outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer is subject to UK data-protection transfer rules, an applicable adequacy decision or other appropriate safeguards are required. Contact us for details of the destinations and safeguards relevant to your information, including how to request a copy of applicable safeguards.

6. How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose of the record. Relevant criteria include whether an enquiry is still active, whether it becomes a booking, the time needed to provide support or resolve a complaint, and any applicable legal record-keeping or claims requirements. Security and website records have separate operational purposes.

An enquiry that becomes a booking may need to be kept for longer than an enquiry that does not proceed. Booking, payment and complaint records are assessed against the relevant accounting, legal and dispute-resolution requirements. Contact us for information about the retention criteria applicable to your record or to request deletion; a request may be limited where a continuing lawful reason to retain information applies.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your information, correct inaccuracies, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing or receive certain information in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238 to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are normally handled free of charge; any permitted exception will be explained.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/.

8. Cookies and website analytics

Cookies are small files stored by a browser. This website currently has optional analytics, advertising tracking and the Hostinger Reach marketing embed disabled. Submitting an enquiry does not opt you into marketing.

Website administration and security features may use necessary cookies when those features are used. You can inspect, block or remove cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies can affect those features. If optional tools are introduced, this notice and the relevant visitor controls will be updated before they are enabled.

9. Children and event enquiries

Children’s paintball events should be arranged by a parent, guardian or responsible group organiser. Do not send unnecessary information about children through the general enquiry form. Age, supervision and consent requirements depend on the selected venue and session.

10. Other websites and updates

Links to other websites may have their own privacy notices. This notice applies to paintballnetwork.co.uk. We will update it when relevant practices change.

Last updated: 21 October 2026. For questions, contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238.
