Privacy policyTerms and conditions

These terms describe enquiries and paintball bookings arranged through Paintball Network. Read them alongside your quote, booking confirmation and the rules supplied for your selected venue. Your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Contact and business details

For availability, booking changes, cancellations or complaints, contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238.

2. Enquiries, availability and confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. Sending an enquiry is a request for information and does not reserve a place or confirm an event. If your preferred date is unavailable, the team will discuss alternatives.

Try to book at least two weeks ahead. A venue may require a minimum group spend to open; ask the team about the requirements for your chosen centre.

Full payment is required to confirm your event and must be received before the game date. Your booking is confirmed when payment has been received and final confirmation has been sent by email. If you have not received it, contact the team before travelling. Check that your name, email, date, venue, group size and package are correct.

3. Prices, packages and payment channels

Paintball Network’s advertised starting package is £14.99 per player, including entry, equipment hire and 50 paintballs. Check your final quote for the package contents, additional paintballs, venue extras and total payable. Any applicable telephone service fee must be disclosed before you agree to pay. Once a package has been confirmed with payment, it cannot be downgraded.

The prices quoted for Paintball Network bookings apply to payments made in person at a paintball centre. These payments are final: the booking date cannot be amended under that payment arrangement, and a player who does not attend forfeits that player’s payment without a credit place.

Telephone bookings through the advice centre attract a 6.99% service fee. Under that booking arrangement, dates may be changed subject to availability, and credit places may be issued for players who do not attend so they can play on a future available date without paying again for that place. Confirm the arrangements, total charge and any conditions with the team before paying.

4. Cancellations, changes and non-attendance

Under Paintball Network’s booking policy, payments for customer-cancelled paintball events are non-refundable, subject to the bereavement exception below and your statutory rights. Date changes and credit places depend on the payment arrangement described above and venue availability.

Confirm that all players can attend before paying. If a player fails to attend, that player’s prepayment is forfeited unless the booking arrangement provides a credit place. Contact the team as early as possible if you need a change.

For a leisure event booked for a specific date, the usual statutory 14-day cancellation right may not apply. This does not remove other consumer rights or determine the remedy where the supplier cancels or fails to provide the agreed service. Cancellation provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law; they do not permit an unfair charge or prevent a refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.

5. Bereavement exception

If an immediate family member dies within seven days of the intended event, a refund may be requested under Paintball Network’s booking policy. Immediate family includes a spouse, civil partner, parent, sibling, child, grandparent or grandchild.

The application must be made as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than the proposed event date, with a copy of the relevant death certificate. Contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238 for the correct submission address and a secure way to provide the supporting document. Do not upload it through the general enquiry form.

6. Age, supervision and suitability

Age limits vary by venue and session, including standard paintball, junior and miniball activities. Confirm the age of the youngest player and any supervision or parental-consent requirements before paying. A package shown on this website does not override a venue’s minimum age.

Tell the team about any requirements that may affect participation so the selected venue can advise you. Provide relevant details directly and avoid sending unnecessary medical information through the general enquiry form.

7. Venues and arrival

Venue locations may change for reasons beyond our control. Website maps are guidance for choosing an area; use the address and arrival instructions in your final booking confirmation. Ask the team about any change before travelling.

Follow the arrival time, registration and safety-briefing instructions supplied by the venue. If the operator changes or cancels the agreed event, contact the team about the arrangements and remedies available.

8. Equipment, paintballs and safety

Only paintballs supplied by the selected centre on the day may be used. External paintballs are not permitted and may be removed in accordance with the venue’s safety rules.

All players must follow the venue’s playing conditions, protective-equipment requirements and staff instructions. A player who cannot comply with safety requirements may be excluded under the venue’s rules. Any refund decision remains subject to the booking terms and applicable law.

9. Vouchers and offers

Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers unless the offer expressly permits it. Check validity dates, participating venues, package inclusions and any additional charges before booking.

10. Website information and rights

We take reasonable care over the website’s information, but availability, venue details and package options can change. Ask the team to confirm material details before making payment.

Website text, artwork and other materials may be protected by copyright and other rights. Contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238 before republishing them. Third-party material remains subject to its owner’s rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not permit it, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Questions and complaints

Contact info@paintballnetwork.co.uk or 0203 869 9238 with your booking reference and a description of the issue. The team will review it with the relevant venue or booking provider. Personal information supplied in an enquiry is handled as described in our privacy policy.
